Commercial USA™ proudly supports and works closely with WFCA, FCICA, CIM, NAWIC, AGC, NTCA. We help pay for members dues and support all training programs they offer.

We are also a member of the AGC (Associated General Contractors). Commercial USA™ will provide unlimited assistance in helping persuade and convince a new general contractor to work with a Commercial USA™ member that wants to do business in their local area.

 

Commercial USA™ members’ voices are represented strategically through a 14-member National Advisory Board made up of top commercial flooring companies that stay in close contact throughout the year with our management and staff.

The value of membership

Independent yet United

Commercial USA™ requires NO upfront investments and does not ask you to surrender control of your showroom, commercial library or business decisions. We will not tell you what to sell. We understand it is about choices that involve products best suited for your customers on a per-job basis. Our members will not be policed or pressured into choosing anything specific for your business. We consult with you on why something is good for your business.

Commercial USA™ members negotiate their own local pricing and are not penalized when becoming a member of Commercial USA™ to cover a rebate cost. You always use whichever price is lower! On top of that, we have negotiated national agreements with over 30 key manufacturers serving the commercial flooring industry for the benefit of our members, and they also can look forward to earning additional revenues in the form of loyalty incentive payments that Commercial USA™ has negotiated on a national basis for its members to further benefit.

 

We provide our members with the trademark registered Commercial USA™ name for use in conjunction with their own good name and marketing, and we use F.W. Dodge reporting systems to share with its members weekly what jobs are available in your marketplace. This system makes it easy for contractors, suppliers, and other commercial flooring professionals to find jobs that best meet their expertise, whether it be carpeting, resurfacing concrete, or tile installations.

 

Commercial USA™ as a group also provides lifetime friends! The life of an Independent business owner can be a lonely one. Making the Industry better one educational opportunity at a time

Training

Commercial USA™ delivers programs, training, and best practices designed to improve our members' business. We team up with our floor covering industry alliance partners to offer ongoing programs, including proper installation techniques, business development, marketing, and emerging technology.

We regularly communicate with our Contractor members to see what is working well with their own businesses, so we can pass that knowledge on to other Contractor members either on a one on one basis, in virtual meetings, or in in-person workshops.  Our Manufacturing partners benefit from having access to some of North America’s most well versed, and educated flooring contractors.

We care about the success of our members and our suppliers. And we’re not just saying that. Our goal is to help both our members and supplier partners to symbiotically grow and enhance their businesses. It’s that simple.

Commercial USA’s history and experience in flooring industry allows us to understand both sides of the business. Our Contractor members will enjoy direct access to our Supplier partners’ management teams at our annual meeting, along with special programs specifically crafted our alliance.  Our Supplier partners will enjoy the benefit of knowing they are working with some of the finest commercial contractors in North America that receive regular educational opportunities about current installation methods and best practices, so they can be confident their products are being presented fully installed to the end user by only the best.  We intentionally limit the number of our Suppliers partners to keep the relationships between our Contractors and Suppliers close, manageable, and effective.
